What kind of person do you want in your company to serve customer ?

You need your charming person at the front . Specially in restaurants, where customer service are essential . There are so many things are going through peoples life .  People are having bad day , worst day at workplaces and home . You need to make them laugh , talk to them and listen . We need a ear to listen , to let it out . Some people ask ," How are you" and they don't even wait for the answer. It's great opportunity to catch the customer. If I was HR manager ,I would have recruited a charming person rather then hard working person . If you think about it , people don't come to the restaurant for just to eat , they come for the atmosphere as well . When the week is finished by working hard at your workplace , you want to go somewhere to have laugh and let it out your feelings and somewhere you can talk . 

People notice those things where services are great and employees are nice and charming and smile on their face . You don't want to see gloomy face and believe me no one does . I mean of course appearance is important and the dress . But there is a saying , "You are not fully dressed until you wear a smile ". With a nice dress and smile on your face can present a great personality and it doesn't matter if you are not good looking person . I always go to places where charming people work and they talk to you and smile at you . It's not always about food . I mean you can get food from the street where they still serve delicious food or even kebab shop . Your sale will go higher , recruit charming people .
