You need your charming person at the front . Specially in restaurants, where customer service are essential . There are so many things are going through peoples life .  People are having bad day , worst day at workplaces and home . You need to make them laugh , talk to them and listen . We need a ear to listen , to let it out . Some people ask ," How are you" and they don't even wait for the answer. It's great opportunity to catch the customer. If I was HR manager ,I would have recruited a charming person rather then hard working person .
