Most of us don't like change because its a challenge and its scary. Change is uncomfortable because most of us tend to resist to change. One of the reason to resist to change is, because we like old habits. When people move away from the familiar things to unfamiliar things by meaning that new things. My mum and dad always wanted me to be a doctor .And I ended up doing International Business and management because I love it . This is the implication I have  noticed since child hood . Parents always  ask their children , " do you want to be a doctor or engineer or a lawyer ?Also mum want her child to be a doctor and dad want his child to take care of the his business.They have  argument for all the way through what their child want to be. I think they fix that since the day of their baby born . As a child , our brain terminated one aim either to be a doctor or engineer . There are so many things are going through peoples life .  People are having bad day , worst day at workplaces and home . You need to make them laugh , talk to them and listen .
