Conflict about the resistant to change

Most of us don't like change because its a challenge and its scary. Change is uncomfortable because most of us tend to resist to change. One of the reason to resist to change is, because we like old habits. When people move away from the familiar things to unfamiliar things by meaning that new things. The new is unknown , it is fear of the unknown .Resistance to change is a natural defence mechanism. When the changes come we seems to be worried because we always ask ourselves these questions Am I up to the challenge? Can I learn what I need in order to succeed in the new system? How will it affect my job, my future, and me? Will I be able to do what is required? What difference will this change really make? How will it affect how decisions are made? What will I be able to do that I can't do now? Why will it be better? How will I be able to serve others better? What am I required to do? What are the steps necessary to succeed? What follows what? What do I have to do and how do I do it? Who else is involved in me successfully accomplishing my task? .These are the resistant to change .However , the manger or the owner often get confused with the resistant to change and the employee or the manager who present the implications of change.

Most of the manger do faux change to show other people " The Big I Am". They make unnecessary changes to take all the credit. And that is the difference between a leader and a manager. If you as a owner or a manger , find an employee who can present the implication of change rather than agree with you in everything then you must be very lucky .It is  not resist to change , its an overview of implications. Rather than neglect the person , why don't you analyse the implications and see is it worth it? How many companies died because of the faux change and no one overview it as they agreed with everything with their manager and owner.

Why manager or the owner don't listen to others? Because it is a bad management. There are so many reasons. One of them is called Prejudgment. It happens when when manager or owner choose a course of action and ignore any advice or information that does not hew to that predetermined path. Also Inappropriate experience, meanwhile, is basically a "What worked before will work again" attitude that's unfortunately quite common in executive boardrooms. The thing is when you as a employee see the overview and present the implication the manager straight way think its a resistant to change before even analyse it. And that is why company fails and the employees don't even give a damn(Pardon my language). Also they agree with the managers whatever they say or changes they make.
Changes are not always good , of course you need change for the sake of change. Analyse the changes and take advice or the ideas from your employees. An idea can come from anyone mind.
