What a manager should act in a restaurant?
Manager should act like a leader and then it would be more effective to motivate employees.I know a lot of manager value customer and neglect employees.Customer is really important to us but customers are getting service from your employees,And if you upset one customer and then you loose your revenue, customer might not come again to your restaurant.In order to give customer an excellent service ,you have to fix your employees first. Because they are the one who will help you to bring more customer.

.I know we train our employees at first but even after that a lot of things come to account.As a manager you have act like a leader.First of all build a trust and connection between employees and you.So that they will know , there is only one person we can follow in the battlefield.
Praise them a lot, even though their support was not the big portion in team work.As a result they will feel valued and willingly will do the job.You should not overreact in mistakes and also ups and downs.Because those thing happens but a lot of manager dont get it.If you as a manger overreact or could not handle the situation or stress out in front of them, then it is not a good sign at all.You have to think everyone is following you.
Furthermore, you should not play the blame game.Because problems will always arise so it is important to get the team focused on the solution, rather then trying to assign blame .Also do not take credit , include the others.So they will feel included.A" Thank You" and "Sorry" is must needed in workplace.If any of your employees going through some difficult stuffs , talk to them.Even if you cant afford to help ,you can always lend them a shoulder.The bond will create and this employee will never do anything that can harm your business or to yourself. This is all mind game and you have to use those in your business.From Employees to Customer , it is all psychological manipulation.If you get that right, you will be succeed.
