Also, company website where is chat available 24/7 ,so that consumers can engage with the assistance and get the information about the products.

They are heavily using all the social platform including Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and so on. Their main intention was to educate consumer about the products and it worked . Also , Blog post can help the consumer to know about the products. For example , Ford motor company share their story and information about the Car with their followers on Blogs and it also it attracts new followers as well.


Moreover , The brands who engaged with the consumers ,seems to have earned the higher loyalty from the consumer. And the only way to engage is by using social media. Furthermore, the companies can diversify or improve their product by asking consumers .The studies shown that social media has a 100% higher lead-to-close rate than outbound marketing, and a higher number of social media followers tends to improve trust and credibility in your brand, representing social proof.
