Highest Number of Patent Litigation Cases in 2015 in US

In 2011 , there were 3,499 patent litigation cases and it seems like in 2015 it will hit at least 6,100.The cases of patent litigation has been risen significantly this year. There have been already over 3,000 lawsuits in first six months of this year. The highest number of cases the district court has ever seen and it is already 11 percent more then last year. According to Data collecting Lex Machina’s chief executive officer, Josh Becker, stated that “at this rate, 2015 is on track to exceed 6,000 cases by the end of the year.” The way the companies spending money on R&D and also they want to protect their patent. One common form of internet fraud is phishing , a type of identity theft that uses deceptive e-mails and fraudulent websites to fool users into divulging their personal data. There are so many examples for fraudulent company. From my real life experience I have received many emails in terms of winning lottery and so on. One morning i was checking my emails and I saw that I won $1000000 and also it is from Google and saying that they put my Google account in email lottery. Furthermore, it has sign and logo and certificate as well. It was saying to give my details and purchase the prize , because after one week the date will be expired. There was another example from my real life. One  day I saw an email from my friend saying ," Hello! Good day " ! She never spoke like that !
