Leader differ from " Boss "!

Some people may argue that "boss" is similar to leader.The thing is , it depends how "the boss person "takes his approaches.Because we often see how boss takes his or her approaches.Even from my real life experience i can draw some summary of boss.For example boss normally drives employees where the leader coaches them.Its all about showing the right direction rather then driving them.A boss can be leader if he or she changes his or her approaches..Because a boss often inspires fear where the boss generates enthusiasm amongst followers.If you put fears among the employees , you wouldnt expect much from them,would you?.Furthermore the real life experience ,I noticed the boss never say "We" , he or she always mention"I".If  you mention "we" amongst your employees, they feel they are in a team not left out .And that will boost the teamwork.

A boss knows how is it done rather then showing them how is it done and that differ from the leadership.Also , when the mistakes happen rather then blaming them why don't you fix them.No! It cant be done otherwise i will be a leader.The bosses always uses people where a leader develop people and their skills and ideas.The most thing is irritate me is when you share your ideas to them, they seem to neglect you and they think they are " The Big I Am". And that is why they loose the opportunity. Because an idea can come from anyone mind.Also the boss block your ideas and make you loose your confidence.The boss takes credit, from real life experience  I am telling you.Where a leader always gives the credit to others , even though the employees or follower participation are little bit. Becasue in that way you can motivate your followers or employees.The employees will feel that they are doing good job and their boss are really happy.From real life experience , I saw the boss never say thanks or show a little bit appreciation.A " Thank You" can motivate more that you would never expect.Also the boss will always command you where the leader will always ask you.Furthermore the boss will say " Go ! Do that" where the leader will always say " Lets go and do that".

Not everyone can be a leader .it needs charm , it includes showing appreciation to other people, showing the right direction , teamwork.If the boss is the leader to your big company or even the smaller business your employees will be motivated and your sell would go high.Often people don't include the service , they give priority to the products.To me, its essential good services combined with good produces.And for restaurant , services are so important.So if you don't motivate your employees . how would expect your sells will goe higher?.Get rid of "The boss" where he or she make faux changes , act like " The Big I Am" and take all the credits .And put the leader into your restaurant where he or she can show the right direction to the employees.
