Many companies find it difficult to adopt the new market . There are so many reason for that . I noticed that the most important one is culture . You have to blend into their culture . It irritates me that many companies or even big companies find it difficult to adopt the market . They don't research well , they think where many peoples are there and their economy is moderate there is an opportunity . Let's just introduce our product to new market . Before you do that , you have to understand people behaviour and what they like or dislike . For example , Tesco went to US market by taking their vegetarian and healthy products . They did not research well cause American like meat , proper big steak . There is a saying , " We are American , We like steak and We are big ".They like doughnuts , sugary products .As a result Tesco strategy didn't work .

The best way to adopt the market is first blend into the market . Do the same thing  as other doing but do it well .  Once they know you exist , then you make your move . Introduce your product the one you wanted . Make them to desire product . Also some country don't like foreign product but if you do the same thing at first like local companies are doing , it might change . As a result market will diversify slowly. You have to have patience , you don't want all the golden eggs at the same time . Otherwise you will end up with nothing .Also use the social media and make the most of it . Follow local people and see what they are up to and their lines and dislike . Furthermore , you can engage with consumers . As a result you will make a bond to consumer which no can take it from you . After all , they are human and they will change their mind and come to you .A lot of people might say , everyone knows that but how many people apply those and how many people have patienc.We all want everything now, we want all the golden egg now.
