What is the implications of working under someone ?



Everyone gather their knowledge by doing undergraduate or postgraduate degrees to get a good job.Not everyone can satrt their own business , some of them has to work for someone else.There are so many implications to work under someone.You generate your brilliant ideas and gathered all the knowledge of your areas and you become an expertise but you can not use it ! How does it feel? Not great for sure . I have seen so many examples and gathered experiences which has happened right in front of eyes.I will just give an example about some Indian restaurants.When you work under your supervisor or manager and if you have some great ideas come to your mind and you tell them.them. What is gonna happen? You would be surprised ! They neglect you and laugh at you , before even think about it which effect your confidence. Because the mangers are most of the time are autocratic and they don't want to change think around .They do some faux change to make you realise he is at the top.They block your ideas and they will do the same things three or four years later the thing you already told them three or four years ago.The managers do not think like you do.I mean ideas can come from anyone but if it comes from someone who is expertise in the field that will boost up even more .



On the other hand , when the managers do not agree with your ideas and neglect you .It scare the ideas away and the employee will hesitate to share the ideas or even start his or her own business. Furthermore, when the manager changes thing around and you present the implication , they think its resistant to change before even overview it.But what they do not understand is this is very good thing .Becaus one mind might focus something useful which other mind wont.Do you want an employee that agrees with his every decision and don't say anything.Or do you want an employee who will overlook the whole thing and present the implication of it.You would be surprise that most of the managers want the employee who agrees with him or her in every decision he or she make.That is why you should start your own business or be self-employed .I mean you studied your half of life and listen to the teachers , don't you want some freedom to make something and make your own decision .I mean i when you do dissertation , you have top listen to the supervisor and have to change things what she doesn't like.what is the point then to doing dissertation then ?
