Mirja's farewell to his best friend

It was august in 2014 .Val is one of his best friend , who cares about him and give him advice about anything .Mirja often makes silly mistake and kind of a fool too. Like one of the night he is doing his assignment till 4am , next day he has to submit .So he finished it quickly and just before save it he pressed button and everything vanished.What? He couldn't believe it ! So he sighed and started again , didn't sleep at all and finished the assignment. So yeah ! he is little bit stupid.Val scolded him for not saving his work.They used to have a lot of fun and Val is the one used to watch his back all the time.Anyway it was, mid-afternoon , they were hanging out in a coffee shop like usual after uni.She seemed so quite, so Mirja asked her , What is going on ? She replied " Mirja! I am leaving you .I am going to Australia! Please take care of yourself!" Mirja looked at into her eyes for a minute and then hugged her said " please! Don't leave me ! Who is gonna take care of me ! who am i gonna make laugh" .They were heart broken like its end of the world .Its just that they are not gonna see each other like every week or make fun of others or make stupid jokes.This is the thing when you make friends in student life and you get really close .But sometimes they disappear from your life and sometimes they attach to you at the end.Probably this is how life goes on .Anyway ,  so at the airport Mirja went there to say goodbye .This was the hard part , she said " dont get upset ! I will contact you over the phone, i will be closer to you only that i will be in Australia and You will be in UK!" . Mirja just nodded , and didn't even look into her eyes.He knows that it wont be the same , they always say they will be closure but they never do .The busyness of life get them apart.They cried ! Val told one of her best friend to take care of Mirja , because he is sill and make stupid mistake.And that was it ! She fled to Australia! Mirja was so upset and down ! Waited for her phone call and she called him .After a while all of this faded way and life went on.He made new friends and kinda accepted that , that is how it is .You make friends , they stay with you sometimes and sometimes they don't.
