How to motivate employees!

There are so many ways to motivate employees even if it is small company. Employes are so important for a company to be delivered a product or service . Employees are like a train , destination are customer. Some managers do no get the point of employee. To motivate employee first thing you need is coach them no to criticise . Criticism makes employees de-motivate . If you as a manager keep looking for their mistake , then it won't help. Some manager or owner in a restaurant ,  they always think for money and don't value employees. Jesus ! They are human ! If you praise them ,  they will flourish . May be bonus scheme or employee of the month can motivate some employee .  For some people a photo in the wall written employee of the month would mean so much to them. May be involve them in a decision making. If you just ask them as a manager, it would mean so much got them for just only asking.On the other hand for some people ,  they work for money. Some manager sometimes became some so serious ,  leave it once in for a while!  God! Life is too short to be take it seriously ! Make sure you and your employees are having fun.  Obviously there is a limit . Moreover , "thank you" is a free word ,  use it . Some manager are so misery ,  they do not even want to use because if the employee demand to raise his or her wages .  But that's not the case. A smile,  polite and good way to communicate can change the whole environment . May be you can take your employees to some place or may be dinner to refresh their mind. There are so many ways to motivate employees ,  it depends on the situation of the company. At the end of the day , we all want to enjoy our life,  life is too short . Don't mean to your employees , praise them a lot  ,  they will flourish .
