This year first time Iztema held on Sylhet . Iztema held on every year wheaher same places or different places . The main purpose of Iztema is bringing all the Muslim together . The Muslim scholars from all over the world come together and give important lecture about the religion. The Muslims stayed together in a more then a large place .They have to stay for three night. They cook together and also eat in a one plate .This create love and affection for each other . Also they discussed about the religion and advice each other and also correct each other .  This year Sylhet Iztema was more then a successful . Millions of Muslim came to Sylhet . We visited Iztema and took couple of interviews from Iztemaee . The first one we took from some of local guys , they are from Biswanath , Sylhet . Designing is easy . You just need an idea but the idea has to be very good though . Now a days we see many websites . Some of them are really impressive , some of them are not good. Sometimes we end up an restaurant website but you got confused because it seems like its an museum website or god knows what. It has to be minimal and also enough information . There was one guy , age of 25 used to live in the tea garden . He was in charge of the garden and every end of the month he used to go to the city to meet owner and explain all the sales and exporting teas. The ice cream I was eating was so delicious. The soon as I finished the ice cream I was in trouble.I was  holding the  wrapper for almost an hour. I couldn't find proper place to throw it. The rickshaw driver was keep telling me  to throw it on the street or in the drain like everybody else does. I ignored him but at the end I couldn't find a street bin to throw it .So forcefully had to throw it on the side of the street. We all want our country to be digital and clean but we have to start from the scratch.Think about it! There is no street bin in whole Sylhet town in Bangladesh.Imagine after you finish your drink on the street or on your way to home after work , the wrapper or the bottle became the burden.There is no propr place to throw it. You wont find a bin to throw it. so where do you throw it,  I mean you have to throw it in some point. How many people you will see that carry the wrappers or bottles to throw it in home bin? It's been two days since I landed in Bangladesh. It was 6 years ago when I rode a rickshaw . So I was eager to ride a rickshaw. Me and my cousin called a rickshaw driver and he was agreed to go the place we asked to. He was already sweaty , he looks like 37 ish . He was wearing t-shirt which is little bit ripped apart , obviously dirty and was wearing scarf type cloths for wiping his sweats .The scarf type cloths was bit dirty and looks like wet as well.Anyway , so he was driving rickshaw and I asked him , " O Driver !! How is your life ?. He took a deep breath and left a sigh relief. You can tell how depressed and frustrated he is. He said, " I am very lucky that  I am alive and spending time with my family" . I thought that's very fare statement. Anyway I took an interview from him for an hour or so. Trust me ,  I was sad and I took a deep breath and asked God that I wish I could help him and his family . There are a lot of novels that has been published as movies.The thing is writers write novels with imagination and also build up own unique characters. On the other hand directer direct the movies based on his or her imagination and put real characters . As a result everyone locked up with one visual story or novel. When you start to reading a chapter , you have been introduced to new character then build up a character with your imagination. Its another world and that is  created by you , although direction made by the writer. I remembered when I read "To Kill A Mocking Bird " by Harper Lee , Spout was the character I created the appearance as a boy. It happened when I used to live in Canterbury. I used to live in my room alone. I remember it was raining that night.I was a bit tired that night, so I slept early approximately 12:00 ish. I was in deep sleep.And also my next door neighbor was on a vacation.Suddenly at exactly 3:00 I woke up.I heard some voices coming from next door, they were whispering through the wall. I couldn't hear properly.Also, the rain stopped as I was looking through the tinted glass window.But I was listening to the water is pouring outside.Suddenly the sound came to my washroom.So I stood up and started to recite the  Surahs.  I went to the washroom and the sound stopped. I thought probably I was tired, as a result, it was creating a hallucination . So I was a little bit relieved.The soon as I looked at the Mirror, I saw it wasn't my reflection. I was shocked, scared and sweated. It was an old guy with lots of hair and red eyes like fire coming from his eyes. I started to recite surahs again
